Evaluating your own company's performance -without bias - can be a difficult if not impossible proposition. Jude Heimel has a wealth of experience as an objective, third party assessor / examiner, having evaluated everything from government programs to healthcare corporations to scientific and technical organizations. Her evaluations can validate either internal or external assessments. They can be sweeping - e.g., a corporate - wide analysis of the entire organization - or focused in specific areas: safety, security, project management, etc.

Perhaps Jude's most oft-used expertise as an evaluator concerns Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria. She is known for pinpointing and turning around problem areas in many newer (and not-so-new) Total Quality Management programs and in assessing the overall health of an organization. Indeed, Jude is a qualified examiner in the use of MBNQA criteria at both state and corporate levels. Two of her clients have become national MBNQA award winners.

Jude also develops company-specific research designs for program evaluations. By working closely with staff, she can create customized, ongoing systems to accurately evaluate internal programs.
